Brød & Taylor Liner, Banneton (Boule) Sand

Brød & Taylor linen liners are specifically crafted for use with boule-shaped bannetons, providing a natural and straightforward solution for proofing sourdough and artisan bread dough. Made from 100% linen, these liners manage moisture effectively, supporting the development of crisp crusts by wicking away excess water during fermentation.

The fabric’s natural properties prevent dough from sticking, allowing for smooth and consistent release. Suitable for high-hydration doughs, the liner also dries quickly between uses to maintain readiness and hygiene. To ensure longevity, hand wash with mild detergent when necessary and air dry. Bannetons are sold separately.
