SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We take pride in contributing to good causes locally and worldwide.

OEKO-TEX

It is not possible to see or feel if there are harmful chemicals in a fabric and only a few chemicals disappear after washing. However, it is possible to buy fabrics without harmful substances because there are many alternative and harmless chemicals and methods that manufacturers can use instead of the harmful substances. Therefore, all textiles and foam used in by KlipKlap’s collection are OEKO-TEX® 100 certified. The idea behind the OEKO-TEX® system is that all OEKO-TEX® products must be made of materials that cannot cause harm. It also ensures sustainable production for manufacturers and for consumers who are guaranteed textiles (and similar material) that have been tested for more than 300 different health and environmentally harmful substances.  The OEKO-TEX® laboratory tests include around 100 test parameters and take into account the intended use of the textiles. The more intensive the skin contact of a textile product, the stricter the limit values for each product class.
