The Terms of Sale and Delivery may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and we therefore ask you to accept the Terms of Sale and delivery every time you shop with us.
If You do not accept these Terms of Sale and Delivery, You cannot order or purchase goods on the website.
Trademarks and copyright
All product designs, product names and content included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from by KlipKlap ApS.
These Terms of Sale and Delivery are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.
Content, product availability and prices - disclaimer
We do our best to update the website and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods may occur. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither by KlipKlap ApS, nor any employee or representative of by KlipKlap ApS can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Any dispute arising between a customer and by KlipKlap ApS will be settled in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
Ordering and cancellation
The webshop is open 24 hours a day but may be closed due to maintenance services.
An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
You are bound by the contract of purchase, when You click “Complete payment” and the receipt appears on your screen.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and possess a valid payment method that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.
Among other things, we reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified
- Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities
- There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like
- We have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 18
If You have any changes to your order after completing it, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order already has been sent from our warehouse, You cannot make changes to it. The order will be sent to the original address, and You will have to handle it as a normal return if You have changes.
Payment and prices
We accept the following payment methods: VISA and MASTERCARD.
All prices are listed including Danish VAT.
Please note that local VAT and customs duties will apply upon receiving your package. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If You want to place an order as a business and has a VAT number, please write email@example.com and we will help You.
by KlipKlap ship worldwide. The shipping charge depends on your delivery country and your purchase amount.
Find your delivery zone and see the shipping charges and the estimated delivery time.
We process your order as quickly as possible. If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
You will receive an e-mail from the shipping company with a tracking number and a more specific delivery date. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.
We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address in one of the countries on the "We deliver to" list. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Some items require a special delivery procedure. This is noted on the product page. We strive to deliver on business days between 8 am and 4 pm. In case you are not home to receive the package, please note in the check out category where you want us to put it. Please be aware this is on your own responsibility. The place has to be located on the ground floor and we recommend a secure and dry place.
If your order consists of multiple goods, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL CUSTOMS AND VAT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU.
Returns and refunds
You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return a product and we will help You.
After you have received the products You ordered, You may carefully examine and try them within the period of 14 days, but only in a manner as You would, if You examined the products in our store or any other offline reseller. If the products or packaging have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, You will be held liable for the decrease in value of the products, the use has caused. When we have received the products, we will notify You if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.
The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Damage done while returning / shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please make sure You pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be resold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the products at our warehouse and examined them.
The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by You, and must also be arranged by yourself.
You are welcome to return items bought online to our Flagship Store in Aarhus, Denmark. Regulations are the same as stated above.
Normally you will get your refund directly in the store, however we reserve the right to have a period of 14 days to examine the product and set the value for the return payment.
How to return an item:
- Notify by email: email@example.com within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return something
- Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification
- The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by by KlipKlap
- You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the notification or the model withdrawal form. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped
- If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items

If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping cost.
The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However we reserve the right to withhold the refund we have received and inspected the items at our warehouse.
Please note that a full refund cannot be given if:
a. You have actually used the products for its purpose.
b. The item has been damaged while it was in your custody (e.g. during transportation)
c. You have handled the items in other ways than you normally would in a store for examining the nature of the type of item and its features.
d. The item you have returned is a product that is made to order, specially made according to your specifications of color, fabric and other style preferences.
Damaged or faulty goods
If your goods are damaged or your delivery is not identical to your order (incorrect or missing products), please contact our Customer Service on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you notice damages or incorrect items at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods.
You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.
When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the order number, possibly the goods/item number, and to describe what is wrong with the goods plus attach pictures.
If your claim is valid, You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of damaged or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course the delivery costs once we have received the goods, unless You choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.
The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure You pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the products back.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.
Right to complain
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service. You can contact our Customer Service on email@example.com. You can find our contact information under "Contact".
You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if You are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr. When submitting the complaint, You must state our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, You will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
